Ireland – Prison building construction work – Multi Party Framework Agreement for Construction Contracts with an estimated value above €12,500,000

The Irish Prison Services is seeking to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Construction Contracts with an estimated value above €12,500,000. IPS require general Design and Build Contractors to deliver a range of projects within secure Justice sites in both the Open and Closed Estate. The Design and Build contractor will be required to develop the IPS concept designs to final design and fabrication with all necessary approvals and certification, excluding planning, through a process of engagement with the IPS Employers Representative’s, Resident Engineers and Clerk of Works for the turnkey solution. The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for a Design and Build Contract for Works at Cloverhill D Wing. Please refer to the documents for more details
