The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competition for a framework for Real Estate services, divided into the following lots: Lot 1 - Real Estate services and Lot 2 - Rate services. The proposed framework duration is four years with an option to extend for a further 4 years (with extension options of 1+1+1+1). Full details are contained in the attached procurement documents.
