Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is seeking to appoint a competent contractor for the provision of Repairs to the roof structure inclusive of upgrade of the Mechanical and Electrical on the roof and through the building and all associated works, at the The Samir Nasr Institute of Advanced Materials (SNIAM) Building for Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin. These works do not require planning as they are under the repair and maintenance exemption, The top ranked tenderer will be appointed following the evaluation of the tender responses in line with the selection and award criteria set out in the tender documentation. The specification and works requirements are wholly described within the tender document set.
