Ireland – Stationery – Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) for the provision of Branded Stationery and Mementos for Ireland’s Presidency of the EU Council 2026

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is conducting a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) in preparation for a potential future procurement of branded stationery and mementos, to be distributed during Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2026. All stationery and mementos will be required to meet high standards of quality, functionality, sustainability and represent value for money. They must be suitable for international transport, taking account of cabin baggage restrictions and liquid limitations, and should be both practical and appealing to a wide range of potential recipients. Where feasible, products will be required to incorporate the official logo of Ireland's EU Presidency, 2026. Market operators are invited to make submissions using the response form in the Preliminary market consultation document provided. Interested parties should note that this is not a call for competition, and there will be no award of business as a result of this consultation process.
