Norway – Motor vehicles – Hire/operational leasing of vehicles - 2 sub-contracts.

The objective of the procurement is to ensure Senja municipality access to new electrical vehicles in the factory. The procurement involves hire/operational leasing of electric vehicles for Senja municipality. Hire (including operational leasing) means that the contracting authority has the right to use vehicles at monthly basis and the vehicles shall be returned to the tenderer after the hire period has expired. The hire object shall have a residual value at the end of the hire period. Attention is ́s attention to the fact that this procurement includes 2 sub-contracts: 1. Sub-contract 1 Electric passenger vehicle or SUV - 44 + option for 6 units. 2. Sub-contract 2 Electric Station wagon or SUV - 6 + option for 4 units. Tenders can only be submitted for electric vehicles in this procurement. Tenders can be submitted for one or both sub-contracts. In this competition tenderers are not allowed to give a combined discount if tenders are submitted for both sub-contracts. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer per sub-contract.
