Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invites Applications (Applications MUST be submitted via the eTendersNI portal by the Tender closing Date of 12.00 Midday 28th August 2025 - SEE TENDER DOCUMENTS) from suitably Qualified Service Providers to participate in a Pre Qualification exercise for the appointment of an Economic Operator to provide the services of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to take forward the aims and objectives of the Newtownbutler Peace Plus Funding Application, including the procurement and management of a suitable Works contract in accordance with NEC 3 or NEC 4 Contract. The project objective is to establish a new iconic, transformative, inclusive development at the former PSNI site at Newtownbutler. With investment in co-designed, sustainable infrastructure, the project will facilitate meaningful and purposeful contact between different communities and will be a lasting legacy for the Newtownbutler people.
