Ireland – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC BUS SERVICES IN KILKENNY CITY

This ITN has been issued by the Authority in connection with a competitive procurement for award of a contract being conducted in accordance with the negotiated procedure under the European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 286/2016) (the “Regulations”). This ITN relates to the project advertised by the Authority and published in the Official Journal of the European Union (“OJEU”) on 6th July 2023 with reference TED19-IRL/2023-000685. This ITN is being issued to those who have been invited to participate in negotiations following shortlisting of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) responses (the “Tenderers”).
