Ireland – Advisory and consultative engineering services – 9387 - Multi-Party Framework for Project MDC PMP Phases 1-5 with option of phases 6-7

This is a call to competition by IÉ for the procurement of Project Multi-Disciplinary Consultants for PMP Phases 1-5 of the project, with option of Phases 6-7. IÉ proposes to establish a multi-party framework comprising of a maximum of five multi-disciplinary consultants (MDC)s, to provide advisory and design services across all phases of the project lifecycle. Iarnród Éireann Capital Investments (CI) Project Management Procedures Standard (PMP-001), provides a high-level overview of the project phases, deliverables, project hold points and gateway review process required for the development, management, and delivery of projects within CI. The Project Management Procedures (PMP) are to be applied to all CI projects.
