Ireland – Building-cleaning services – Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Commercial Cleaning Services

The Residential Tenancies board seeks applicants for the provision of commercial cleaning services to form a single party framework. The Residential Tenancies Board is located at O’Connell Bridge House, D’Olier Street, Dublin 2 residing over 3 floors. Amongst the floor space there are currently 12 meeting rooms, including the office of the Director, 7 on the 2nd floor, 2 on the 3rd floor and 2 on the 5th floor. There are 7 bathrooms (3*male, 3*female, and 1*accessible], 1 shower room, 1 main kitchen with seating areas, and 3 kitchenettes. See Appendix 14- Site Profile Sheets (Floors 2, 3, and 5) Cleaning is required Mon – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Good Friday, St Patricks day, Christmas period 25 Dec – 2 January. Weekday hours are from 08.00 to 09.30 (1.5 hours) and from 13.00 to 17.00 (4 hours) It is a requirement that cleaning of Boardrooms, the main reception area and removal of previous evenings remains will occur before 8.30 am.
