Ireland – Building sale or purchase services – Valuation Services

The Housing Agency, in its own capacity, or at the request of a local authority or an Approved Housing Body, or other state body, requires valuation services in support of its role to acquire suitable properties for social housing and related programmes. Valuations will be requested as and when required by the Housing Agency. These will be either Full, Desktop and Drive by or Desktop valuations as appropriate.
