Construction and Fitting out the Third floor of a Light-guaged Steel Structure building (approx 770m2) comprising of 16 no. acute inpatient bed spaces with associates clinical, support accommodation, circulation corridors and stairwell extension overhead a Live Ground and First floor patient wards and live second floor (part) plantroom. The works will also include a vertical extension of existing stairwells to the north and south of the new development, a new 2 no. 4-storey fire evacuation lifts with associated protect lobbies (approx 244m2); partial fit-out the second floor level (approx 305m2) for plantroom, storage and staff changing facilities to serve the new third floor ward and construction of 16 no. additional carpark spaces and associated site services.
