Norway – Consultative engineering and construction services – Framework agreement for builder assistance

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for builder assistance until Kragerø municipality has taken over Kragerø central treatment facility from the contractor. Kragerø municipality shall construct a central treatment facility. The municipality needs, thus, the support of a consultant with relevant experience, who can provide uniform services in support of their organisation for the development and execution of the project.
