Ireland – Construction work – HCI 0418 - CONSTRUCTION OF 54NO. SOCIAL HOUSING UNITS AND ALL ASSOCIATED SITE DEVELOPMENT WORKS AT BAILE NA CARRAIGE, BALLYMACARRY, BUNCRANA, CO. DONEGAL, (ROCKYTOWN PHASE 2).

The works comprise of the construction of 54no. two storey social dwelling units and all associated site development works on a brownfield site at Baile na Carraige, Ballymacarry, Buncrana, Co. Donegal. The scheme comprises of 19no. houses (16no. 2 bed units, 16no. 3 bed units, 10no. 4 bed units) and 24no. apartments ( 8no. 2 bed units and 4no. 1 bed units) in a total of 16Terraces. The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list: Site clearance works to include removal of all existing materials and peat, diversion of existing ESB overhead power line, on-site surface water attenuation, underground static water storage tanks, new access roads, footpaths and carparking throughout the site, new foul water pipe, new surface water pipe and new watermain serving the site with connection to the existing networks.
