The Best Practice Guidelines for Resource and Waste Management Plans for Construction and Demolition Projects were published by the EPA in 2021. Since 2021, there has been significant activity to drive circularity in the construction and demolition (C and D) sector, supporting waste prevention and effective resource management. The provision of services for this contract relate to a review of the guidelines, and to deliver updated guidelines which reflect current policy, legislation and other aspects as relevant.
