Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) is seeking to establish a Multiparty framework agreement with qualified organization's capable of providing high-quality Temporary and Contract Recruitment Project Management services. The objective is to support HRI in the successful delivery of projects through expert advice, methodologies, and hands-on project execution. HRI require external providers sources and manages the administration involved in securing non-permanent resources and tasks this will involve payment to the contractor management of timesheets etc.
