Norway – Trees – Invitation to market dialogue for contract 7702 Trees - New Aker

The reason for the contract is that the project has a large extent ofHealth East is the state health enterprise group that from 1.1.2002 is responsible for the specialist health services in Oslo, Akershus, Hedmark, Oppland and Østfold.The entity is organised into one parent company, Helse Øst RHF, and 7 subsidiary companies. In addition hospital services in the region are delivered by privately owned hospitals, in accordance with agreement with Helse Øst RHF landscape work, and many trees shall be planted. In order to reduce the risk that landscape centre prices are unable to obtain the right type and number of trees on time, and to provide predictability to tree suppliers, a separate procurement of trees is planned directly from HSØ PO as the builder. Contract 7702 contract is a procurement contract where trees are delivered from supplier to several landscape contracts in the project.
