Ireland – Training services – Single Supplier Framework Contract for the provision of Protected Disclosures Training for the Civil and Public Service.

The Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is seeking submissions to establish a Single Supplier Framework Contract for the provision of Protected Disclosures Training for the Civil and Public Service. In summary, this Services Contract will require the provision of advanced-level training for individuals in the public service who are assigned responsibility for receiving and following up on protected disclosures under the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022.
