Norway – Personal care products – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT MEDICAL CONSUMABLES 2025

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of medical consumables and incontinence products. The aim of the competition is to cover the nursing and welfare service ́s need for products. Furthermore, other municipal entities such as emergency doctor surgery, health centres, schools etc. will use the framework agreement to the degree that their need for these products can be covered through this contract. The framework agreement will apply for the products in the price form and closely related products. In instances where there can be doubt as to whether or not a product is "closely related", the contracting authority's contract officer will make the decision.
