Norway – Snow-clearing services – Stage 1 Qualification - Anbod snow clearing and gritting in Stad kommune.

Stad municipality would like to enter into contracts for snow clearing and gritting of selected municipal roads and parking places in the period from 2025-2026 (2033). Competition for the areas Kjølsdalen, Stårheim, Bryggja and Selje centre. The competition host carried out with negotiations. The competition is held as a negotiated procedure after a prior notice, cf. § 13-1 (2). The competition hosted in two stages: Stage 1: Qualification, the tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements, will be invited to participate in the tender. Stage 2: The contracting authority will invite all qualified tenderers to participate in the tender. The contract period is two years with option for further 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year, the maximum length of the contracts is 7 years.
