Norway – Guard services – Competition - Ticket control on buses and express boats for FRAM (2025)

Møre og Romsdal County, department FRAM (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) needs to enter into a contract with a security guard company for the procurement of civil and uniformed ticket control services on buses and express boats that run on contract for FRAM. Tenderers shall carry out ticket inspections where checks shall be made as to whether the travellers have a valid ticket/are correctly ticketed. The contracting authority shall also have the possibility to purchase additional deliveries such as quality checks, passenger counts, as well as security services connected to passenger and driver safety, both on board transport, at public transport and at public transport and terminals. Møre og Romsdal is a complex county with large distances, where the tenderer must be able to offer services connected to the three towns in the county; Molde, Kristiansund and Ålesund, and adjoining districts.
