The Office of Financial Services and Advisory, on behalf of the City of Reykjavík, invites tenders for a framework agreement covering data and internet connectivity services for municipal operations. The agreement includes fibre and DSL connections (with and without service layers), mobile data (SIM, 5G or equivalent), and dedicated internet access. Services shall support high availability, secure communication, and integration with the City's own SD-WAN infrastructure. The agreement may be used by other Icelandic municipalities. Estimated maximum value: ISK 2 billion over four years.
