The refurbishment of existing singlestorey female observation ward at St Josephs Hospital, Mulgrave Street, Limerick for Tusla. The existing single-storey protected structure building will be internally renovated, altered and refurbished to provide meeting rooms, offices, stores, toilet and tea station. The site works include provision of car parking spaces, site fittings, drainage, electrical and mechanical services and landscaping.
