Albania – Adult and other education services – Technical Assistance in support of Employment and Social inclusion in Albania

This Technical Assistance comes as a continuation of the previous “Technical Assistance to support the implementation of reforms in the area of social inclusion in Albania”. Its aim is to support the Ministry of Health and Social Protection and the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Information and stakeholders to implement sector reforms related to the programme 'EU for Employment and Social Inclusion' and reforms in the policy areas under Chapter 19: Social policy and Employment. The TA will be working in close coordination with the institutions responsible for social inclusion and employment for the management of reform processes, implementation, and workforce skills development, financing mechanisms at local and central level, enhancing donor coordination for the sector, support to communication and visibility and strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems for tracking implementation of the Social Protection and Employment and Skills Strategy. The technical assistance will also provide support to the national authorities in the preparation of disbursements requests and annual reports of the budget support programme 'EU for Employment and Social Inclusion
