Ireland – Recruitment services – Single Party Framework for the Provision of Recruitment and Campaign Recruitment Services for the Mental Health Commission

The Mental Health Commission is seeking invitations to tender from suitably qualified/experienced Recruitment Service Providers for the Provision of a full end to end Recruitment Solution Campaign Recruitment Services. This is a single supplier framework agreement for an initial period of 2 year with an option to extend by 2 years. The Mental Health Commission expects that the successful tenderer will provide a full and complete ‘end to end recruitment solution’ with extensive knowledge and experience in delivering upon large volume national campaigns, across all grades, along with permanent and temporary agency services/placements. The chosen provider for award must have extensive experience across all services in the area public sector recruitment services in Ireland.
