Norway – Snow-clearing services – Winter maintenance - snow clearing Myra and Moldfaret

Arendal municipality shall enter into a contract for mechanical winter maintenance in the form of snow clearing, snow clearing and any gritting to order. The contract will apply for the period 2025-2027, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1+1 year. The stand-by period is from 1 November to 31 March, and a fixed stand-by rate is to be reiterated. The hourly allowance, which is the same as 24 hours a day, is paid in accordance with completed timesheets approved by the contracting authority. The estimated value is NOK 1-1.5 million per annum, with seasonal variations. The aim of this procurement is to keep the area around Myratunet, Myra School and Moldfaret clear of snow. This applies for parking places and roads in the area around the buildings. The entire area must be accessible and safe throughout the winter. Tenderers must have suitable equipment, machines and tools adapted to the assignment in the different areas and areas. The number of snow clearing and any gritting will vary each winter season depending on precipitation and temperature.
