Ireland – Demolition work – Shannon Airport Terminal Upgrade Works

The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain from an applicant the information on which to base a suitability assessment so as to establish if the applicant is suitably qualified to be considered to tender for the works associated with the Terminal Upgrade at Shannon Airport, Co. Clare. This questionnaire is issued as part of a two-stage tender competition using a Negotiated procedure. Its purpose is to obtain information from applicants for a suitability assessment. The tender competition is for the award of the position of works contractor and where required other services and specialist works for the project are described in this document. This Suitability Assessment Questionnaire document is to be completed by tenderers and submitted as part of Stage 1 of the Tender Competition. Only applicants who satisfy the minimum criteria set out in this document are deemed suitably qualified to carry out these works and will be invited to tender for Stage 2 of this competition. Stage 2 is expected to be issued in early Q4 2025. Following tender submissions for stage 2, the contracting authority reserves the right to implement Best and Final Offer (BAFO) where we will disclose rankings.
