Norway – Horticultural products – Blossom

Nordre Follo municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the purchase and delivery of different flower categories. The aim of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for flowers at different occasions, for example, anniversaries, birthdays, encouragement of illness, funerals/funerals and likes. The appearance of the different categories shall reflect the occasion and season. Analyses for previous framework agreements show that consumption is approx. NOK 2,450,000,-. New analyses show an estimated consumption of NOK 3-3.5 million excluding VAT through the framework agreement over four years including options. The estimate is based on rough analyses and is not binding for the Contracting Authority in the contract period. The delivery will mainly take place at the Contracting Authority's premises. The contracting authority is organised with a number of organisations and this contract will apply for approx. 330 delivery addresses. The entities are mixed. schools, nurseries, nursing homes, cultural institutions and administration etc. In addition there can be deliveries to private addresses in Nordre Follo municipality and the municipalities, as well as the rest of the country. A number of bouquets, commitments etc. are listed in the price form. It is expected that these varieties will cover most of the Contracting Authority's need for flowers in the contract period.
