Ireland – Software support services – Contract for provision of support and maintenance of APAS Planning Management System

IEG4/Agile are the providers of APAS, the Planning Management System, used across Dublin City Council. APAS is a modern Planning Application processing system that provides the necessary functionality to produce all documentation associated with processing planning applications from lodgement to decision. There are modules for each of the Planning processes: • Planning Applications • Planning Enforcement • Building Control • Financial Contributions • Citizen Portal web site for Planning Observations Online Planning Applications and Objections can be submitted on-line via the Local Government Management Agency portal and integrated into the APAS application. This contract is being awarded on foot of publication of a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency notice which was published on the etenders platform on 13/01/2025.
