Norway – Accounting, auditing and fiscal services – Restricted tender contest – Prequalification – Surveys of economic conditions at a sixth form college in particular and in the county in general

Nordland county shall engage a consultant to conduct an investigation of financial conditions connected to the sale of goods and services, at a sixth form college in particular and in the county ́s entities in general. As there is a report except public record that is expected to be of importance for submitting a tender, the procurement will be carried out as a restricted competition in accordance with the procurement regulations §§ 13-1 (1), 14-3 (3) and 23-6 (2).
