Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – ICT Orkide - Prior information notice - Joint map management system

This prior information notice is meant to inform the market that ICT Orkidé plans to procure a joint map management system on behalf of nine member municipalities. The aim of the notice is to inform about the procurement, including the provisional time schedule, as well as to obtain input from relevant suppliers so that we can ensure that the market ́s needs and limitations are taken into account in the tender competition. This is a prior information notice and not a tender notice. The information given in the attached documents can be changed before any notice is published. The contracting authorities reserve the right to change the plans or refrain from implementing the procurement. The objective of the procurement is to procure a map management system that handles municipal management assignments, services and data that contains geographical information. The delivery shall include all software, licences, installation, consultancy services, training, support, operation and maintenance that is necessary to fulfil the procurement ́s purpose. The intention is a divided procurement. Tenders can be submitted for one or both sub-contracts in the procurement.
