Construction of 37 no. dwellings, together with all associated site development works, at Lios na Circe, Saleen, Castlebar, Co Mayo. The construction of new houses comprises 10 No. 2 Bed 2 Storey Houses, 15 No. 3 Bed 2 Storey Houses, 3 No. 3 Bed 2 Storey Side Access Houses, 4 No. 2 Bed Universal Access Bungalows, 4 No. 2 Bed Accessible Apartments and 1 No. 4 Bed Special Needs Unit. The development will include the provision of new footpaths and roads including site access, necessary site clearance, associated site and civil works, installation of new services, utilities, drainage, services connections and infrastructure for statutory undertakers, with associated hard and soft landscaping, cycle and car parking, public lighting, street furniture, boundary walls and fencing, siteworks and all ancillary site works. The development will also incorporate construction of a temporary construction access onto the proposed development from the existing access road serving existing Lios Na Circe housing and Regional Training Center.
