The objective of this procurement procedure is to provide expertise consultancy services in the field of Human Capital Development to support the ETF work and activities. The main types of services requested are: A. Managing experts’ contributions and consultancy services related to specific assignments. This includes management of the experts’ database and identification and pre-selection of experts. B. Complementary add-on services. C. Setting up of a community of experts supporting the development and implementation of the ETF activities in the field of Human Capital Development.
