Donegal include; Incidental minor maintenance repairs to main roof, Repair of cast iron rainwater systems to main elevations, Pointing of raised verges and copings, Repair to cracks in stone sills, Selective repointing of dressed sandstone and rubble stonework with lime mortar, Installation of a minimal pressed metal drip to underside of flush stone sills, Historically informed restoration of windows to original design, Removal of modern dry-lining to interior, Removal of rotted timber and localized boron treatment, Renewal of damaged timber lintels; structural repairs to roof hip ends, Removal of footpath adjacent to building, installation of French drain and reinstatement of gravel bed
