Norway – Advertising and marketing services – Framework agreement for advertising and media agency services for short term campaigns, seasonal activities and media procurements etc.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Communication Department (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for agency services for short term campaigns and various seasonal activities that are not covered by other framework agreements. Communication has the overall responsibility for the company ́s internal and external communication, and is the responsible editor for the company ́s channels. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like collaboration partner(s) with specialist expertise in concept and campaign planning, media procurements, content production and employer profiling. The intention is that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall appear as a professional and attractive actor with a clear profile in all relevant channels.
