Norway – Recruitment services – Procurement of a joint contract for recruitment services.

The main objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with up to five tenderers for assistance with the recruitment of top managers and middle managers in the joint ministries, including underlying entities where the ministry is recruiting. The senior manager is defined as the Ministry Council, director general, other internal senior management positions who report to the ministry council and senior manager of underlying entities where the ministry is responsible for the recruitment. Parts of the ministry community ́s need for recruitment services will be covered by DSS ́ internal service or by the ministries ́ own resources. There is a need for assistance from external recruitment agencies for the part not covered by DSS ́service.
