Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Framework agreement- Procurement of consultancy services for interaction services in Microsoft365

The procurement concerns consultancy services for digital systems and information management. One framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer and is a specialist agreement with an emphasis on Microsoft 365 collaboration services. It also applies to both Microsoft services in a public cloud, but also to premesis systems such as SharePoint Server. There is mainly a need for consultancy services connected to consultancy services and the execution of maintenance, further development, error recovery and updates to Microsoft 365 products/interface and SharePoint Server. The aim of the procurement is to cover the DIO and the ministry community ́s need for specialist competence in the mentioned fields.
