Norway – Patient-monitoring system – Patient signalling system

Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a contract for patient signalling systems to the Contracting Authority's units. The contracting authority needs a system that provides functionality and decision support that allows the contracting authority ́s employees to provide target or targeted health care with a minimum of employees. The system shall provide security and predictability for both residents, relatives and employees, and contribute to self-reliance and mastery for residents. It is important for the Contracting Authority that technological systems can be included in interaction with other IT systems. A strategy for streamlining through digitalisation adopted by Trondheim municipality is Computer driven municipality. In the health field this is particularly important all the time we have a great need for streamlining. In order to achieve this we depend on system and technology suppliers who are forward leaning and courageous around, for example, reusing data.
