Norway – Supply services of medical personnel – Framework agreement for the hire of temporary staff

The Contracting Authority for this competition is Haugesund municipality on behalf of the Procurement Cooperation at Haugalandet. There are seven municipalities that participate in the competition and each municipality will be a separate legal unit and will enter into separate framework agreements with the chosen tenderer for the delivery: Sveio kommuneHaugesund municipalityTysvær municipalityVindafjord municipalityEtne kommuneSuldal kommuneSauda kommuneOppdragsgiver intends to enter into up to seven (7) parallel framework agreements with tenderers for temporary staff services for authorised health personnel, provided that there are seven qualitative, suitable tenderers and tenders. The tenderer ranked as no. 1 in the competition has the first right to the assignment within 1 hour. Other tenderers are equal/urangert and the assignment is distributed to them as quickly presenting an authorised, qualified and competent temporary staff.
