Nav measures Oslo shall procure the Labour Market Initiative Work and Communication (AMO). The aim of all AMO courses is to contribute to qualifying job seekers for vacant positions. The main aim of this initiative is to improve their Norwegian abilities and pass the public Norwegian test. The measure shall be work orientated. It shall function as a part of work orientated qualification and it shall contribute to form the basis for permanent connection to working life.
