Norway – Construction work – E6 Ranheim-Værnes: Equipment and traffic safety services

Nye Veier intends to enter into a contract with Ramudden AS. The contract will be a continuation of a sub-supplier contract for traffic safety after cancelling the turnkey contract for the stretch E6 Ranheim-Værnes. Nye Veier will continue a adapted contract with Ramudden to ensure traffic safety on and along the section Sveberg N – Værnes until the new contractor is in place. The contract period will be until the construction work can start with the new contractor(s). Scope of the agreement: - Safeguarding approved work notification plans against the sign authority and the road owner. - Prepare and implement work notification plans that are adapted to the period up until the construction work starts again. - Continuation of the hire relationship of signs and barrier materials, which are currently necessary to ensure good traffic safety and traffic flow. - Maintenance of signs and barrier products that have been established. - Stand-by 24-7 for acute events in the construction area In addition, the tenderer will assist with Consultancy services for, among other things, work notifications as needed from Nye Veier - Consultancy services in order to contribute to a smooth transition by resuming site work for section 2 Sveberg N – Værnes. The contract work will have a limited length as the need will be to ensure safe traffic flow in the period up until the new contractor can take over this responsibility - tentatively by 2027. The estimated annual contract value is NOK 4-5 million (NOK 2,025,000,000).
