Ireland – Repair and maintenance services of generators – 8901 - 201 and 071 Main Generator Overhauls

This is a call to competition by IÉ for the procurement of Generator overhauls of two of the GM Fleets, 201 and 071. (The IÉ fleets have been in service since late 70’s (071) and mid 90’s (201) and now require major overhaul works to be carried out with a provision of breakdown cover to be provided in the contract. IÉ will require the overhaul of up to generators over the two fleets overhauled per annum as well as adhoc maintenance required. The scope of the overhaul requirement will cover (but is not limited to) the assembly, disassembly, overhaul/repair, welding and non-destructive testing of the main gens over the two fleets as mentioned above
