Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies to prepare a multi-channel campaign to promote the entire Junction 17 National Enterprise Park as a premier business location within Ireland. The Enterprise Park comprises of land owned by Laois County Council and privately owned lands which are zoned Enterprise and Employment in the Laois County Development Plan 2021-2027, www.laois.ie and further outlined in the Master for J17 National Enterprise Park . https://laois.ie/sites/default/files/2024-09/Togher-Masterplan.pdf Junction 17 National Enterprise Park (J17 NEP), located in Portlaoise, County Laois, is a strategically positioned Enterprise and Employment zone situated directly at the M7/M8 motorway interchange. The Business Support Unit of Laois County Council now seeks to appoint a marketing agency to coordinate information gathering, develop and deliver a comprehensive, multi-channel campaign to promote the entire J17 National Enterprise Park as a premier business location within Ireland. The Park consists of 270 acres of enterprise/industrial zoned lands which includes lands owned by Laois County Council, IDA and private ownership.
