General site clearance and minor demolition and construction of a new two storey 24 bed inpatient building with podium garden and lower ground floor parking beneath; staff accommodation and mortuary facilities; and associated external works including temporary and permanent car parking. The new development will connect with the existing buildings by means of a new pedestrian bridge over the existing ramp to the lower car park.
