Norway – Educational software development services – RFI - digital service for teen sexual health (HEI 2.0)

The Norwegian Directorate of Health has developed a low-threshold offer over several years for youth, with particular emphasis on the dissemination of information on healthy sexuality, and on the prevention of problematic or harmful sexual behaviour. One of the measures is an information and guidance tool called "What is innafor?" (HEI) which was launched in 2024. Based on the experience with HEI and new insights about the target group (11-18 years), we are now assessing further development of the system. The aim of this market survey is to obtain non binding information/input/experiences from the supplier market.
