Ireland – Bridge renewal construction work – Tipperary Co Co Creation of a Framework and Schedule of Rates for Bridge Maintenance 2025

Tipperary County Council seek to create a Framework / Schedule of Rates for works required to maintain bridges, which do not require complete refurbishment, for a period of 12 months commencing May 2025. This is a Qualification Process to be included on the Framework / Schedule of Rates. A Pricing Document is included in Volume C, which will be used to select members of the Framework / Schedule for individual contracts on a Price only Basis, during the lifetime of the Framework / Schedule. There is an option to extend the Framework for an additional 12 months to the end of April 2027.
