Norway – Environmental monitoring other than for construction – The River Surveillance Programme

Elveovervåkingsprogrammet 2026-2030 includes monitoring water quality and trends in 20 main rivers in many different eco-regions of Norway. In addition the programme includes surveys for classification of ecological and chemical conditions in accordance with the Water Regulations in a large selection of rivers. The programme is also a part of a major strategy on integrated climate monitoring in several of the Norwegian Environment Agency ́s water monitoring programmes. The estimated contract value is NOK 55,000,000 - NOK 65,000,000 excluding VAT. The tender offer, with all the accompanying documentation, shall be submitted in Norwegian. All written communication in connection with the competition also applies. Tenderers are permitted, however, to submit standard official documentation, such as tax certificates and certificates of accreditation in other languages if Norwegian documentation does not exist. Due to staff holidays, questions will only be answered after 30 July.
