Tender Description
The contracting authority shall construct a new nursing home in Rakkestad. The competition will be held after the negotiated procedure and will therefore consist of two stages, with the stage one being the qualification phase and stage two tender phase. Three tenderers will, after the qualification phase, be chosen/invited to submit a tender, if there are three qualified tenderers. The nursing home will make room for 41 residents.
