Ireland – Architectural, engineering and planning services – DPS 2025 - Integrated Design Team

Clúid Housing are seeking to establish an Integrated Design Team for residential projects nationwide. The Integrated Design Team (IDT) will be lead and coordinated by either the Project Architect or the Project Engineer (Civil and Structural) and will comprise all of the following design disciplines: Architecture, PSDP, Fire Safety Consultant, Civil and Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Town Planner and Landscape Architect. The services may be provided by in-house multi-disciplinary teams or via a grouping of consultancy practices.
