Norway – Internet services – Framework agreement for digital teaching aids

Nordland county would like a common platform for the procurement of digital teaching aids and other licence based learning resources for use in education in sixth form colleges. A framework agreement is wanted for 2 years, with an option for an extension for up to 2 years, one year at a time. The contracting authority would like access to updated teaching aids in accordance with the trade renewal Ensure teachers ́pedagogic freedom to choose the best suitable teaching aids and resource for their teaching Simple routines and solutions for choices, ordering, licence management and payment Manageable contract portfolio that do not require disproportionate use of resources - Predictable costs and competitive prices - Safeguarding information security and privacy.
