Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Procurement of a digital requirement management tool

DSB needs to procure and enter into agreement for access to a digital requirement management tool. The requirement management tool shall be realised as a cloud service, where DSB gets access to the software via the internet. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer for the delivery of the tool that shall be procured. The contract will come into force as soon as it is signed by both parties and it shall be valid for a period of four years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the duration for two periods of two years at a time (2+2 years).
